Recently, agroup of international students from Zhejiang International Studies University (ZISU), including Paulina, Anastasiia, Tawfik and Seth Jin, traveled to Xinjiang to immerse themselves in the local customs and practices. During the trip, Paulina gained firsthand insight into how Xinjiang's burgeoning camel industry has driven local economic growth. She regarded it as a prime example of relying on local resources to revitalize regional economy. Meanwhile, Anastasiia experienced an immersive journey into the region's rich folk traditions. The warm, local atmosphere evoked a deep sense of nostalgia, inspiring her to make a wish to bring her mother to visit Aksu in the future. She also extended a warm invitation to friends worldwide to visit and experience the city's unique charm. Tawfik and Seth Jin also expressed their renewed commitment to mastering Chinese, eager to forge deeper connections and build lasting friendships with more Chinese people.
